Here at Central Coast College, we offer a program in Medical Assisting. The demand for Medical Assistants is on the rise, and the roles and duties of Medical Assistants is growing and expanding.

The National Healthcareer Association has recently shared some of the latest statistics about the Medical Assisting profession. As a Medical Assistant (or MA or CCMA), you could find yourself working in a large office or a small clinic, and assisting doctors, nurses, and patients with a wide variety of tasks.
