Central Coast College Announces New Salinas Campus Location!
Central Coast College has moved to a new campus location! CCC made the move to a new location in order to accommodate its growing student population – the largest in the history of the school. The new campus, at approximately 13,000 square feet, will better serve the growing student body and will provide students with even more space for hands-on career training. Central Coast College, a Legacy Education institution, provides flexible real-world career training for essential healthcare and business careers through hybrid, hands-on, and online classes. Classes began at Central Coast College’s new Salinas location on February 22, 2021, and all programs are enrolling now!
Central Coast College’s new Salinas, California location is located at 111 E. Navajo Drive Suite 100, Salinas, CA 93906. Significantly larger than the original campus, the new location will house all offices, classrooms, and meeting rooms in one large single-story building. The new campus will also offer a brand-new student breakroom, featuring tall bistro tables and a lounge, providing students with a casual space to gather, study, and relax. Additionally, the campus offers plenty of covered outside seating, ideal for hosting job fairs and events with other local businesses.
In addition to providing an upgraded, larger space for students, the new campus location will also be more easily accessible to students coming from all areas of the tri-county area. Located in close proximity to the freeway, the new campus is centered among a mix of other businesses and restaurants. The new campus location offers ample parking, and is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.
Central Coast College Campus Director, Cathy Del Fante, was excited to announce the move to the new location, and emphasized what this change will mean for both current and future students of the school. Del Fante said, “Central Coast College’s move to our new, bigger campus will allow students even more space for hands-on career training. The location offers easy access from all parts of the tri-county area. We cannot be more excited to expand our offerings to the community and continue to grow our student population!”
Central Coast College is a vocational school, specializing in providing career-training opportunities for essential healthcare and business careers in a relatively short period of time. Central Coast College provides students with flexible real-world career training through hybrid, hands-on, and online classes, and offers both certificate and Associate Degree programs. Programs include Ultrasound Technology, Veterinary Assisting, Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting, and Accounting, among others.
